" Refund Policy "

All our - The Pure Incense Co. - products are made with quality ingredients and packaged with care. We realize there may be reasons why you may not be completely satisfied with our products. No sweat! We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your order to request a return. 

 

Damages and issues


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

There could be several reasons for your return: defective items, incorrect items, damaged items or simply because you didn't expect what you ordered in terms of quality or craftsmanship.

 

Refund and Return process

To start a return, contact us at support@thepureincense.com with your order number and reason for your return. We will send you return address and any instructions if needed. You will have to bear the shipping cost. Please make sure items are returned in its original packaging. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.



 

Refunds


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
